1. What is Honeybee Threads Co.?
Honeybee Threads Co. is a clothing company that creates unique, embroidered designs on high-quality shirts and jumpers. Our designs are inspired by nature, culture, and creativity, aiming to offer inclusive and gender-neutral clothing for all.

2. Where are your products made?
All our designs are embroidered in Australia, and we use high-quality shirts from AS Colour. Our materials are sourced with sustainability and durability in mind.

3. Are your products made-to-order?
Yes! All our products are made-to-order. This means that when you place an order, we begin the embroidery process, ensuring that each item is custom-made just for you. Please note, as everything is made-to-order, it may take a little extra time to process your order, but we promise it's worth the wait for a truly unique item!

4. What kind of clothing cuts do you offer?
We offer a variety of t-shirt cuts including Classic Tees, Tall Tees, Heavyweight Tees, Pocket Tees, Organic Tees, and Crop tops.

5. Are your products gender-neutral?
Yes! We believe clothing should be for everyone, which is why all of our designs and cuts are gender-neutral. We avoid using gendered labels like 'men’s' or 'women’s' and focus on inclusive styles for all body types.

6. How do I care for my embroidered clothing?
The most gentle option is to hand wash and allow the item to air dry, but we know not everyone has time for that. If you choose to machine wash, we recommend the following:

  • Turn the item inside out to protect the embroidery.
  • Avoid washing with other clothing items that could cause damage, such as those with zippers or buttons.
  • Choose a mild detergent.
  • If possible, allow the item to air dry to prevent shrinking.
  • For brightly colored embroidery, use a gentle wash in cold water to reduce the chance of color bleeding.
  • If ironing is needed, avoid steam and do not place the iron directly on the embroidered area. Instead, use a pressing cloth over the embroidery or iron on the reverse side.

These quick tips take mere minutes and help keep your custom embroidered items in pristine condition!

7. What is your returns and refund policy?
We accept returns for items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed. For more details on our return process, please check our Returns Policy.

8. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within Australia.

9. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Each order is custom-made, and processing times may vary due to fluctuations in order demand. As we are a new store, please expect a standard processing time of approximately 2 weeks.

10. Can I customize an order?
Currently, we do not offer custom embroidery orders, but we’re constantly adding new designs. Stay tuned for updates on special collections and limited editions!
